Refund policy

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

All sales with Cloberup are final.  Cloberup is a consignment marketplace, meaning all items we carry and offer are provided by independent owners. Once an item sells, either online or in one of our stores, the owner receives payment for their merchandise. Because of this, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.

If you have any questions or concerns with regard to sizing or condition of a specific product on our site, please email us before committing to purchase.  

Refunds are ONLY processed based on fulfillment errors, physically damaged, defective  such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. 

It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession; The product is not different from what was shipped to you; Product cannot be returned or exchanged if you ordered the wrong size. An Unboxing video showing end to end of the defect/wrong desciprition has to be duly provided so we can properly intitate.

By initiating a request within 72 hours (from the date of delivery), in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you. You can also return the product by initiating a request for refund within 72 hours from the date of delivery (excluding shipping cost if any plus 3% deduction due to Banking and Transaction Charges). Please keep the item in its original condition, with outer box or case, user manual, warranty cards, and other accompaniments in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a refund.

You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it or before it is confirmed by the seller - whichever comes first. If 3 hours have passed from when you placed the order and/or the seller has confirmed the order, then the order cannot be canceled. If neither have occurred, simply whatsapp us.
